Buyer persona: do you know your customers?

Target groups are an established element in the marketing world. But customers today are more difficult to pigeonhole. With buyer personas, you instead create individual profiles, adjusting to the new requirements in the process. In this way, you have the opportunity to design the way you address and communicate with customers in a more personal and effective manner.

Aged 30 to 50, educated, tech-savvy, gross monthly income between 2,000 and 3,000 euros: for a long time, companies have made do with target groups that filter out a fairly general pool of customers.
